Clinical Negligence
Clinical or medical negligence involves claims against GPs, hospital doctors, surgeons, dentists and other specialists providing NHS or private healthcare. We believe that victims of medical accidents deserve special attention in this complex area of law and offer a free first consultation to determine whether a claim has a reasonable chance of success or warrants further investigation. Clients or witnesses who cannot travel, perhaps through disability or illness, will be visited at home or in hospital. Areas in which we act are:

Our Clinical Negligence team comprises male and female solicitors and support staff including a registered general nurse, who assists with collation of medical records and research. Several members of the team have an accreditation to either the AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents) Solicitors’ Referral Panel or the Law Society Clinical Negligence Panel. The team is also recognised in Chambers UK Guide to the Legal Profession 2006 and Legal 500, as being a leading firm for conducting clinical negligence claims.
We are able to conduct clinical negligence claims with Legal Aid for those who are financially eligible. For those who are not, we can assist under existing policies of Legal Expenses Insurance or we will consider a no win, no fee agreement. Clients are advised about all funding options in detail before they commit.
