Mary joined the Clinical Negligence department of Challinors in 1990. Before than she qualified as a nurse at the West Bromwich Group of Hospitals, after which she completed a post graduate course in Neurology and Neurosurgery at the Smethwick Centre. She continued to work as a theatre Sister for over ten years and then moved areas and gained further experience in geriatrics, paediatrics and community nursing in respect of special needs children.She is now responsible for collation of all medical records and carries out research and produces reports for the lawyers within the firm in respect of the claims being conducted by them.
