The foundations of the Practice were laid in the heart of the industrial Black Country. Continued excellent service during that time has promoted expansion and the Practice now has a significant presence across the West Midlands.

The Firm currently has 26 Equity Partners, 19 Associates, 15 Assistant Solicitors and 30 other fee earners. Its management and administration is handled by a chief executive who is not a lawyer, but a graduate in Business Studies and is accorded partner status.

The Firm is supported by a workforce of approximately 100 employees, consisting of secretaries, accounts and billing staff, receptionists, IT professionals and a marketing manager.
