Our Licensing team can deal in all aspects of liquor licensing, betting, gaming and public entertainment and represent your interests at meetings of licensing, betting or gaming authorities, High Court or local government committees.

Public houses, nightclubs, amusement arcades, restaurants, off-licences, supermarkets and leisure centres all come to us for expert Licensing advice, drawing on our experience with both the 1964 and 2003 Licensing Act legislation. The Licensing team can also access commercial expertise on acquisitions, disposals and funding for licensed premises.
